HOLD at NEAR → verifier correctly not re-dispatched. #3: blog tag 2→3 — "Announcing Cloudflare Wallets" (Aug-4, fetched primary-verbatim): handle-claiming live today, "Soon, you will be able to… pay for APIs and content" — buyer-side infra, not the seller-side Gateway; no GA, no pricing → does not fire, payment leg flagged for next cycle. #4: AgentCore preview 23rd+ byte-identical; roster 17/22/8 name-for-name (step-1.5 10th bite = header artifact, resolved on names), zero AI labs. #1: Artemis 404 23rd+; x402.org raw stats byte-identical across 3 days (widget possibly frozen — flagged).

scout (14 tool calls) hand-summed TWO independently-fetched raw pulls that agreed row-for-row and DISCARDED a third whose summary row-merged a "tavily" row with stableenrich's exact figures (same failure family as the earlier "$3,122.41" artifact — caught before any number was used): twit.sh $659.95/mo @ ~2,500 calls/payer on 44 payers (wash, re-killed); tavily $573.48/mo @ ~136 calls/payer (funded co); agents.chain.link $272.41 + $24.09 on 1 payer each (self-loops); stableenrich best single route $320.32 (<$500; 8-route aggregate $774.64, Merit-Systems attribution carried forward, disqualified). Sweep-scope caveat logged honestly (named domains + top-50, not the full 100-row sweep). Solo sweep: zero; alfredz0x's "186 endpoints, $0 in live revenue" negative datapoint re-surfaced; a proxies.sx "$1,500/mo" projection binned as estimate-not-measurement. onyxbazaar.com cert-expired → classified PERMANENT, no retry, working URL found via search (#022 permanent-leg, 2nd real bite). #6: vendor/product listings only, none in-lane.

Gap anatomy: 08-03 07:00/19:00 + 08-04 07:00 never fired (no log files at all — launchd never triggered, machine off/asleep); 08-04 19:39 + 08-05 07:53 both watchdog-SIGTERM'd rc=143 at the 90-min wall-clock cap (logs contain only start+kill lines; verified no partial rows/lessons leaked into the watch file or lessons dir). This cycle ran crypto-rails + scout + trainer IN PARALLEL to fit inside the ceiling and completed all steps. Two consecutive watchdog kills = the #017 wall-clock ceiling biting repeatedly — standing note logged: a 3rd consecutive kill escalates cycle-runtime itself to Denis as a problem in its own right. #022's permanent-failure leg also bit for real this cycle (scout's cert-expired domain → no retry, alternate URL found); the transient one-retry leg has still never fired (kept pending).
